Md. Raghib Ahsan FCA

Managing Partner

Mr. Ahsan qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh in 1994. During his professional career, he served 9 years at UHY Syful Shamsul Alam & Co and 1 year at OctoKhan, a Chartered Accountants firm as a partner. He serviced Bangladesh Power Development Board as Assistant Director from 1993 to 1995. He also engaged as a senior Manager at KPMG Bangladesh, for 13 years and was involved in auditing and consultancy services of various national and international organizations including donor agencies like World Bank, ADB and WFP. He is experienced in the valuation of various financial and manufacturing companies.

He was involved in the investigation at DESA, DCC etc. under the National Coordination Council of Caretaker Government appointment in 2008. Raghib Ahsan is one of the country’s leading consultants in public finance management (PFM) and Fiduciary Risk Assessments (FRA).

Md. Abdullah Al Amin FCA

Md. Abdullah Al Amin is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2012.  He has experience in audit, tax, and consulting services for multinational companies, large manufacturers, and banking and financial institutions including the Central Bank (Bangladesh Bank).  Mr. Al Amin is a member of the Faculty of ICAB. Mr. Al Amin tutors the advanced-stage classes in Bangladesh. Mr. Al Amin provides training services to professionals from different sectors on financial reporting and corporate governance including Bangladesh Bank and National Board of Revenue staff.

Ummay Sumaya Jahan FCA, ACMA (UK), CGMA

Ms. Ummay Sumaya Jahan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. She has over 14 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, corporate advisory, and financial management.
Before joining Ahsan Manzur & Co. in June 2025, Ms. Jahan held senior leadership roles at MABS & J Partners for eight years, where she served as both Partner and Director. She also worked in managerial capacity at ACNABIN Chartered Accountants. Across these roles, she has consistently demonstrated a deep command of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
Her areas of specialization include statutory audits, financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax advisory, and corporate regulatory services. She provides advisory support to both local companies and multinationals, with a proven track record in guiding foreign investors through the complexities of entering and operating within the Bangladeshi market.
Ms. Jahan’s industry experience spans a wide range of sectors, including government and private commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), insurance companies, and export-oriented businesses. She is particularly well-versed in cross-border engagements and frequently assists international clients with setting up liaison offices or subsidiaries in Bangladesh.
In addition to her core competencies, Ms. Jahan is highly experienced in the design and implementation of internal control systems, enterprise risk management strategies, and corporate restructuring. She has conducted several high-profile forensic and investigative audits and has developed specialized knowledge in auditing government-provided cash incentives for export-oriented industries.

Md. Mokhlesur Rohman FCA

Md. Mokhlesur Rohman is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) with over 17 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, tax, VAT, and corporate compliance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011.

Before joining Ahsan Manzur & Co. as a Partner in 2025, Mr. Rohman held senior positions such as Chief Financial Officer at IGW Operators Forum and Deputy General Manager – Audit at Runner Group. He has deep expertise in preparing and interpreting financial statements under IFRS/IAS, conducting ratio and variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with Company Law and other regulatory frameworks.

Mr. Rohman is widely recognized for his excellence in financial and operational audits, consultancy services, and corporate advisory.

His areas of expertise include financial and operational audits, taxation including VAT and supplementary duties, and corporate compliance with secretarial matters. He is highly skilled in financial reporting in line with IFRS and IAS, internal audit and risk management, financial analysis and interpretation, and strategic business advisory for sustainable decision-making.
